Paint as an individual while learning to express yourself through paint.

All experience levels, styles, and interest are welcomed and encouraged, including impressionistic, representative, abstract, and expressive.
From beginning to end this class includes practical instruction in the knowledge and use of materials, the power of values, and the skill of brush handling.
Strong emphasis will be on colors, how they work together in a composition, color mixing, the chemical qualities of transparent vs. opaque and how they effect the glow in a painting.
Patty is a skilled artist and experienced instructor. Bring your photo references or still life, or work with one of our cast along with your ideas to contribute to lively conversation with a great group of painters.
